Photography of a NEW Welsh property

We spent yesterday photographing a lovely New UTT (in the making)
It is a one night house (Ty unnos in Welsh) similar to that of Ty Unnos which is also on our books www.underthethatch.co.uk/tyunnos In the 18th century a Welsh tradition existed for the homeless of Wales, or anyone who wanted a plot of ground but couldn’t afford to buy it, they could claim a patch of common land by erecting a house on it as long as it was erected between sunset and sunrise.
The owner has spent many years collecting local artwork and sourcing contemporary furniture to fit in with the traditional feel of the cottage – I think it works don’t you? It won’t be long until you can book this stylish, cosy retreat for two, which overlooks the Preseli Mountains – So keep an eye out as we’ll be launching it soon…
