We’ve just about finished renovating Teach Mhici (Miki’s Cottage) on the shore in Donegal (NW Ireland)- and can take reservations from 1st July. The work is all done – today we were hanging art and next week we start putting furniture in. It sleeps 4 in one double bedroom, and one loft (low headroom) over the main living space.
We’ve completely renovated since derelict with all new services and interior, but the chief delight is the location – you’ve 7 acres of land and access to a beautiful small sandy beach that can only be reached by your land (or by boat). The cleanest turquoise water you’ll ever see. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Central heating, fantastic woodburner, new kitchen, new bathroom etc.
