Almost ready to launch (taking reservations from 1st July) is Miki’s cottage – with private beach. Amazingly clear Atlantic water. just idyllic – it took years to secure this location and renovate!

We’re building a contemporary house on stilts, sticking out of a mountain of heather and rushes, in West DOnegal. These are early structural shots. will be clad in wood by the end.

The thatch roof on this C19 cowshed had completely collapsed after decades of neglect. Fortunately most of the timber was bog oak. From the remains of two roofs we can reconstruct one…and conserve under a modern cap of tin. Progress photos here.

We built Tuaisceart on its Donegal shore as our family home. It isn’t completely done but we’re getting there!
